Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-02
This policy explains what thefrequencyshiftprotocol.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. We have written it in plain English rather than boilerplate, because a policy nobody reads protects nobody.
Who runs this site
This is an independently operated information website about the Frequency Shift Protocol digital programme. We are not the vendor. We are not affiliated with Brainwave Haven, Caleb Hayes, ClickBank, Meta, Google or Bing. We participate in the ClickBank affiliate programme and earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links.
What we collect
Nothing you have to hand over. We do not run accounts, we do not sell anything directly, and we do not ask for payment details. There is no login and no newsletter sign-up on this site.
If you use the contact form: the name, email address and message you type. That form is processed by a third-party form-delivery service which forwards the message to our inbox. We use it to reply to you and nothing else.
Automatically, as with any website: your browser sends an IP address, browser and device type, referring page and the pages you view. Our web host records this in standard server logs.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. When you click an affiliate link, ClickBank sets its own cookie so a purchase can be attributed to us. That cookie is governed by ClickBank's privacy policy, not ours, and we have no access to it or to any purchase data it produces. If we later add analytics or advertising services, this page will be updated to name them before they go live.
Clicking through to the official product page hands you to a different company with different practices. Read their policy there.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information. We do not build marketing profiles. We do not receive, store or process any payment information — all transactions happen on ClickBank's systems. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Because we hold almost nothing, this is usually a very short conversation. Email us via the contact page and we will respond within thirty days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your query and are then deleted. Server logs rotate on our host's standard schedule. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
